Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the NCTM Illuminations Interactive Math¥lets, referred to hereafter as the "Illuminations applets". The Illuminations applets are copyrighted by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), © 2001 NCTM.

The Illuminations applets may be used, duplicated, or distributed only under the following conditions.

1. Each Illuminations applet contains an NCTM logo-link, which links to the NCTM Illuminations website (http://illuminations.nctm.org/mathlets/). This logo-link must always remain in place and active.

2. Illuminations applets may only be used for educational purposes.

3. Illuminations applets may only be used for non-profit purposes.

4. These Terms of Use must be included with all Illuminations applets that are duplicated or distributed.
